Description of complementary SNP subsets

The table contains information on the number of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), a description of the marker distance distribution, and a description of the distribution of the less frequent allele of each of the two complementary, interdigitated SNP subsets at the 50% thinning level of the ENCODE regions under investigation.

LD and Gabriel block patterns in the complementary SNP subsets

The table below gives access to graphs of the LD patterns and the haplotype blocks according to the algorithm by Gabriel et al. (2002) for each of the two complementary, interdigitated SNP subsets at the 50% thinning level of the ENCODE regions under investigation. The graphs are in PDF format.
